Community Assistance Network (CAN) was founded in 2013 after recognizing the need to bridge the gap between care, independence, and inclusion for individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities. Our work is driven by a lifelong belief that every person deserves the chance to live with dignity, purpose, and belonging. We serve adults with intellectual and other developmental disabilities, ages 18 years and older, providing programs and support tailored to their unique needs.
CAN has developed innovative programs that promote life skills, employment readiness, and community integration. The company is known for hands-on leadership, collaborating closely with families, case managers, and local organizations to ensure holistic, person-centered support. Over the years, CAN has grown into a trusted resource that empowers individuals to thrive and achieve their goals.
